When I first got in touch with rework accommodation, I was extremely new to the idea of letting out my property because I had no prior experience and I was rather disorganised. Cary and the team really helped me get the place up to the standard it needed to be and they even went out and bought lots of things for me as I was really stuck for time.
Ever since then Helen has been extremely supportive in making sure that we have the correct maintenance on the property with Cary & Jack ensuring that the property has been booked to the maximum length possible. I have had absolutely no worries and I can just rest assured that the money gets put into my bank every month, which is absolutely amazing, being in a position where I live abroad and have other things to look after.

I first heard about Rework Accommodation in Spring 2025 when I was looking for an agency to manage my property after my wedding and moving out of the area. I was impressed with their website which looked very professional and they were easy to find on the search ratings for the Wirral in Google.
I spoke to Jack within an hour after making an enquiry and liked that they focus on properties within the Wirral and Cheshire area as this felt more specialist. I also liked their dual approach of booking contractors and also listing on Airbnb. I also liked that they had a book of contractors on record for bookings for larger projects like the Shotton Paper Mill which will be continuing for a few years.
Cary and Jack visited my property and liked the style which reassured me that it would be marketable. Within a few months it was listed and all the compliance completed with Helen which was a seamless process.
Since working with Rework I have had a mixture of bookings from contractors and from short let platforms. They make it very easy for me as I am 3 hours away and I trust them completely with a fully managed service.
