Inside the house you will have access to free Wi-Fi, a smart TV in both the lounge and master bedroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen open plan to a dining and spacious living area.
Downstairs a utility room with a washer dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. Next to the utility is a wet room with toilet, sink and shower.
Upstairs a large bathroom with shower over the bath and 3 luxurious bedrooms with hairdryers and storage for your personal items.
Dogs welcome on request.

The master and 2nd bedrooms have hotel beds which can be configured as two single or one king size bed in each of the rooms.
The 3rd bedroom is a comfortable single.
In the lounge we have a quality pull out sofa bed, plenty big enough for 2 people.

To welcome you an initial supply of milk, tea, sugar, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and bottled water.
Barnston House also has a Nespresso machine with some complementary coffee pods to get you started. We also supply a Nespresso milk frother for you to make that perfect cappuccino or latte.
You'll also find tea towels, cloths, washing machine pods, washing up liquid, clingfilm, foil, salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen.
In the bathrooms toilet rolls and toiletries.

Each guest will be provided with one hand and one bath towel. Also, in both the bathroom and wet room you will find an additional hand towel and bath mat.
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided with 2 bouncy pillows per guest.
Included for longer stays, weekly housekeeping service is included along with a fresh set of linen and towels.
Additional towels can be supplied at an additional cost.
The utility room has a washer dryer, iron and ironing board and a clothes airer perfect for drying soggy clothes after walking or golf on the Wirral.

Situated in Barnston Village, Heswall, Wirral this beautiful 3 bedroom holiday let house is just a 2 minute walk from the nearest pub and a wonderful farm shop with cafe. There is a Tesco Express just one mile from the house and the nearest town, Heswall with wonderful bars and restaurants just 2 miles away.
Liverpool is just 20 minutes drive or 40 minutes on the train from Heswall, Chester half an hour drive and the beautiful Welsh countryside on your doorstep.
For Golfers there are 12 great courses within a 20 mile radius and the world famous Royal Liverpool Golf Club just over 7 miles away.
