This Victorian period home is an ideal venue for families, larger groups and contractors working away from home. Inside you will find original flooring throughout the communal spaces, as well as authentic fireplaces in each room highlighting the charm of this beautiful property.
Ermine House has four bedrooms, ONE bathroom, living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and private outdoor back yard.
On the ground floor you will find a stylish living room with traditional wooden flooring and a comfy L-shaped sofa, tub chair and bean bag perfect for relaxing whilst watching Netflix or enjoying each others company. The sofa also pulls out into an additional comfortable single bed for larger groups.
To the rear of the property is the newly refurbished kitchen (complete with its original flooring) which is an ideal space for cooking with family or friends. With its large 5 burner range oven and dining area, this kitchen is equipped with everything you need to rustle up a delicious meal and spend quality time together with your loved ones.

On the ground floor is a spacious King bedroom with a beautiful bay window giving this room a really fresh feel. This room can also be converted into a twin room on request.
At the top of the stairs on the first floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, one King, one twin and a single. The King can also be converted into a third twin room on request.
The bathroom is also located on the first floor between the bedrooms which boasts a bathtub with rainfall shower above and also has a fresh feel.
You will be provided with bedding and towels.

To welcome you an initial supply of tea, sugar, coffee, biscuits and sweets.
You'll also find tea towels, cloths, washing machine pods, washing up liquid, clingfilm, foil, salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen.
In the bathrooms toilet rolls and toiletries.
housekeeping
Each guest will be provided with one hand and one bath towel. Also, in both the bathroom you will find an additional hand towel and bath mat.
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided with 2 bouncy pillows per guest.
Included for longer stays, weekly housekeeping service is included along with a fresh set of linen and towels.
Additional towels can be supplied at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance of your stay.
The kitchen has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a tumble dryer (coin operated).

Located on the outskirts of Chester, Hoole is a village with real community and fiercely independent spirit. Dubbed ‘Chester’s oldest suburb’ and boasting a shopping district that has won a number of awards. Ermine Rd is a great location. This beautiful 4 bedroom holiday let House is just a15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the city.
Should you wish to explore further afield, Liverpool is just half hour or so drive or 40 minutes on the train and the beautiful Welsh countryside on your doorstep.
Maybe book and visit the world famous Chester Zoo, just 10 minutes drive across town or watch a show at the Storyhouse. There's plenty to see and do in and around the area.
