Beautifully presented modern build house. The large, open-plan living room offers plenty of space to unwind, with a dining table that doubles as a work or office space, a smart TV for entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere to relax after a busy day.
The well-equipped kitchen/diner features a second dining area, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ironing facilities, and everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. The kitchen opens out to a sunny, enclosed rear garden with outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffees or evening meals.
Driveway parking fits one van or two cars.

The house comfortably sleeps up to 5 adults and welcomes children. The master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite shower room, and spacious built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom also offers a double bed and generous wardrobe space. The third bedroom has a single bed, hanging rail, and small chest of drawers—perfect for kids or solo travelers. Fresh, hotel-quality bedding and plush towels are provided for your stay.
The main bathroom includes a shower over bath, and there's a convenient en-suite off the master, plus an additional downstairs WC.

To welcome you an initial supply of tea, sugar, coffee and some biscuits.
You'll also find tea towels, cloths, washing machine pods, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, clingfilm, foil, salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen.

Each guest will be provided with one hand and one bath towel. Also, in both the bathroom you will find an additional hand towel and bath mat.
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided with 2 bouncy pillows per guest.
Included for longer stays, weekly housekeeping service is included along with a fresh set of linen and towels.
Additional towels can be supplied at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance of your stay.
The kitchen has all the cookware, glasses, crockery and cutlery you should need. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board and a clothes airer perfect for drying should you need to launder any clothes
