You have access to free Wi-Fi, a large smart TV in the lounge and master bedroom.
This large 3 storey townhouse is ideal for families or groups. Sleeping 8 it has a kitchen diner fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, table and chairs.
Access from the kitchen out to the pretty courtyard garden. There's also a loo downstairs at this level
First floor a beautiful lounge with sofa bed, first of the double bedrooms and a workspace with desk.
To the second floor a large family bathroom with shower over bath, the second double bedroom and the master bedroom with en-suite.

Bedroom 1 - at the top of the house this beautiful room has a king size bed, en-suite shower room, smart TV, dressing area with full length mirror, drawers and wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 - middle floor double bedroom with full length mirror hanging rail and bedside cabinets
In the lounge we have a pull out sofa bed, plenty big enough for 2 people.
You will be provided with bedding and towels for all booked guests.

To welcome you an initial supply of tea, sugar, coffee, nespresso pods, hot chocolate and some biscuits.
You'll also find tea towels, cloths, washing machine pods, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, clingfilm, foil, salt, pepper and olive oil in the kitchen.
In the bathrooms toilet rolls and toiletries.

Each guest will be provided with one hand and one bath towel. Also, in both the bathroom you will find an additional hand towel and bath mat.
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided with 2 bouncy pillows per guest.
Included for longer stays, weekly housekeeping service is included along with a fresh set of linen and towels.
Additional towels can be supplied at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance of your stay.
The kitchen has all the cookware, glasses, crockery and cutlery you should need. There's a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board and a clothes airer

Situated on a lovely very quiet street this beautiful holiday let house is just 10 minutes walk to the city centre shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. A minute walk to the bottom of Charles St / Brook Street you'll find an abundance of take aways and convenience store.
Park up in the nearby city car park and you'll not need to worry about taxis or getting around town. If you are visiting to go to Chester races, Charles St house is just 10 minutes walk away from the racecourse.
Should you wish to explore further afield, Liverpool is just half hour or so drive or 40 minutes on the train and the beautiful Welsh countryside on your doorstep.
Maybe book and visit the world famous Chester Zoo, just 10 minutes drive across town or watch a show at the Storyhouse. There's plenty to see and do in and around the area.
